Everything with Safer Nature is as advertised. We had rats due to the local construction and another pest control business had given an unsatisfactory solution. Ryan took a look at the issue, listened to all of our concerns based on the previous experience, and suggested a solution to address them. The service provided by Ryan was outstanding. He returned our initial call immediately, listened carefully to how we described our situation, outlined exactly what the treatment would involve, and very patiently answered all of our many questions. Once the treatment was provided, he arrived right on time, walked us through every detail (as we requested), and explained the rationale for everything he did. We feel confident that his very comprehensive treatment has fully eradicated our mouse problem, and we now understand a lot about the actual mouse infestation problem. Our house now appears to be fully safeguarded against further entrance by mice; but on the off chance that mice return, Ryan's service is guaranteed for six full months. We have used an exterminator one time before this, and that service paled in comparison to the very comprehensive treatment provided by Ryan. I am happy to recommend Ryan at Safer Nature for pest control. Ryan is one of the most responsible and professional contractors I have met. He communicates well, uses a contract, does what he says he will do, and guarantees his work. We were away on vacation over the holidays when we learned of nasty critters in and around our house. We usually take care of pests ourselves, but this case was bigger than what we could handle. Ryan came the day we called to evaluate the situation and told us what needed to be done and we were able to contract his services from afar. He knows what he's dealing with and tailors the treatment to match the issue. He removed what was attracting the pests, set traps with appropriate bait and came back every week until they were gone.

Ryan was prompt, courteous, very diligent about finding the yellow jacket nests inside the home and in the garden-and was very cognizant of our babies and pets. He explained very clearly what he would do (no techno mumbo jumbo), why, and what products he would use. He arrived on time, finished on time (much appreciated, as we had to leave for a while with the babies), and gave us a full run-down on what he found (5 nests!) and what he did. Within 3 hours, he took care of a problem that a large national pest-control provider beginning with 'O' could not handle in months. I had a mice problem in my 2 family home, in which I tried to resolve myself for a couple of months but was unsuccessful. I reached out to Ryan who was very responsive, and set-up an appointment for him to come out and take a look at what is going on. He was very punctual, and after arriving he explained everything to me and what the best plan would be to get rid of the mice. He back 2 weeks later to make sure the situation was under control and sure enough, it was! His prices are extremely reasonable and they come with a warranty, which you hope you don't ever have to use but its great to have just in case. 2 months post treatment, and I have no had any sightings of any kind and I am now mouse free! Ryan was such a pleasure to work with, that after realizing that I had a boxelder bug issue on the outdoors of my home, I asked him to come and take a look at it. He again, was great and explaining everything to me, and what he needed to do to get rid of this issue. I'm very happy with the results and I cant say enough for Ryan's knowledge and professionalism. We called Safer Nature and Ryan because we wanted to have our home sprayed for bugs and because we had a small problem with mice. Ryan has been excellent to work with and immediately responds when we need help. His bates have caught some of our problem, leaving a basement with an unpleasant odor. He immediately relieved our problem. Also, since it has been turning cold, the activity has picked up again. Ryan was out, looked over the house, and sealed up some of the weaknesses we had the home exposing us to mice. However, Ryan came down, acknowledged the severity of the issue, and got to work trying to eradicate the little monsters. He's been nothing but professional, informative and proactive every step of the way over the course of our 6 month contract. He checks in almost weekly, responds to my updates immediately , and makes visits to the property to check things out even when I don't call. These guys have been tough to control but Ryan has made it his business to stay a step ahead. If one approach doesn't work, he researches the next one. We consider ourselves fortunate to have Ryan to help us with our exterminating needs, and will call him in the future... highest recommendations for this company!

Ryan's company SAFER NATURE are awesome! Very responsive, professional and were the right price. We Bought a new home in Amesbury. We had problems with carpenter ants.Ryan identified the source of the problem immediately and got rid of the issue.

We also were concerned with ticks and mosquitoes. So we signed up with Safer Nature tick and mosquito control program and it has worked great. Highly highly recommend. Very reasonably priced and courteous.
